Hi-Bread is a renowned English breakfast kopitiam. Started business at 5:45am and finishes around 5.00pm every Monday to Saturday and 6.00am until 12pm on Sunday & Public Holiday.Even with the mushrooming of newer and trendier English breakfast kopitiam all around Kuching, Hi bread has shown no signs of losing its loyal customers. This place is very popular among the locals which sometime pack and full. I used to be their regular customer. But their business got better and better, I could hardly find a parking lot. Good business means that they are getting popular. The had open another branch in Pending area. Which located at the same row with Am Bank Insurance. Honestly their food is nice and price is reasonable too. Not only the quality of food are consistent, the people who running the shop are genuinely ward and friendly. Many types of buns are available. These buns is so affordable and tempting different types of small buns are available all day long. May try it other time. Only bought some small buns to enjoy.This is my typical breakfast set at Hi-Bread looks like. A plate of fresh baked bun, poach chicken ham, hot baked tomato beans, non-oily scramble eggs, chicken and beef hotdogs, and fresh sweet cabbage dressing with mayo. This set is only cost me RM5.90. It can keep me full and skip my lunch.

Hi Bread is a recommended place to eat. With the price as low as RM3.20 per plate, which inclusive of 2 eggs scrambled, 2 chicken ham slices and baked soy beans , bun and coleslaw ; the value is unbeatable.
